As what we often saw in movies, yes we can call our brother oniisan, our sister as oneesan, otousan for father and okaasan for mother. But for our little brother and sister, it is unnatural to call them with imoutosan and otoutosan since we usually don&#039;t put that much formality to someone below our age. In that case we use their name or add kun/chan. Hope it helps ｡ﾟ✶ฺ.ヽ(*´∀`*)ﾉ.✶ฺﾟ｡ ]]></description>
